Easy Steps

to return an item:
 

Please contact us within 3 DAYS of receipt about your intention to return and to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA #).

In rare cases if you received an item with defect, we must be contacted within 24 hours of the receipt. Please be ready to provide a picture.

Send the return package (please include the invoice print-out with your ebay ID and the item number for faster processing) to:

We reserve the right to refuse the package without the RMA #

 

Returned package must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery to you.

For your protection, please obtain a delivery confirmation number and insure your shipment, as we can't process a refund if the package gets lost or damaged on the way to us.

Refund will be issued in the amount of your winning bid for the item(s) less 15% restocking fee.

All sales are final after 7 days.

Shipping charges both ways are non-refundable (except if in rare instances we sent you the wrong item or size).
Return shipping is a buyer's responsibility, regardless of the reason for the return, and will not be refunded

Color Policy:

 

Please Note that size and color representation are subject to manufacturing variance and may not be exact. Also note that monitor settings may vary from computer to computer and may distort actual colors.

 

Payments:

 

Please know when you bid that you are entering a binding contract. I accept Paypal. If paying by Paypal, payment must be received within three (3) days of winning bid. Item will be relisted if you do not follow these payment guidelines. All sales are final after 7 days.

Measurements:

 

To ensure that your jeans fit when they arrive we do the following: All Jeans will have the waist, rise and inseam measurements listed in auction details. We do not refund for items that do not fit properly.

 

Shipping Charges:

 

Shipping charges are calculated by the items weight and your specific location. Most items will ship USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail. You only pay actual shipping charges with no hidden fees. I do combine shipments. You pay actual cost for first item and $2.25 for each additional item.
